Dodge Charger R/T
Fresh design; modern safety features; wide range of models; available all-wheel drive; good gas mileage for V6 models; supercar performance in SRT Hellcat
For 2017 the Charger’s 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen interface gets even better for 2017 with improved screen resolution, faster processing speeds, pinching and zooming functionality and the inclusion of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Other updates include a new active exhaust system for the 5.7L V8 and the return of the Daytona trim level.
The Dodge Charger is a full-size sedan, offering strong V6 and V8 engines, along with rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive on its V6 models.
Dodge claims that the Charger’s all-wheel-drive system is the most advanced system offered in its class, as it completely disconnects the front wheels when not needed.
Styling has always been a big part of the Charger’s appeal, and while it relied on a retro-muscle look for years, a complete redesign gives it a much more look while still setting it apart from the crowd.
Charger SE and SXT V6 models gets 30 mpg on the highway, while performance-oriented R/T and SRT models are phenomenally athletic. On another level is the Hellcat; the car rivals most supercars, with 707 horsepower and 0-60 mph coming in just 3.4 seconds.
