This glass didn’t exist anywhere until April this year when I created it in Newport News, Virginia. I am the rightful owner of this glass, holding a provisional patent, as well as a registered trademark for REDNEK Wine Glass in the state of Virginia, and applications in for both trademark and copyright.
Interesting that you take a defensive stance when proclaiming that you “created it” and are the “rightful owner”, when in fact, Im pretty sure, correct me if Im wrong, one of your so called best friends actually is the rightful owner, and creator of this idea. I wonder if you have included the real rightful owner in your dealings and sales interests? Not really my business, as my sisters wishes concerning her idea were forfeited to her fear of losing a friendship… but true character,honesty, integrity, honor, morals and ethics sometimes get clouded, and denied when one puts thier own interest before such virtues.
