The “Mini Edition” delivers the same ease-of-use, reliability, and whole-home functionality associated with a FUZE Media System—live & recorded TV, movies, music, photos, and more—but is specifically designed for residences with 2-3 TVs.
The FUZE Mini Edition comes standard with all necessary hardware and software for 2 video and 4 audio zones; a third video zone is offered as an option. In addition to playing music, video, photos, FM radio and audiobooks, the thin Sansa Fuze is packed with extras, including a microSD card slot to add and transport content with ease; a voice recorder to capture thoughts on the fly, and a bright, 1.9”color screen that allows users to easily navigate their music or watch videos in landscape mode.
The Sansa Fuze MP3 player gives users access to subscription download services from numerous sources, including Rhapsody To Go, Napster, eMusic and others. It should be AMD ATI Radeon HD 3870 X2 killer but from our information NVIDIA 9800GX2 will be much expensive than AMD GPU. In those conditions NVIDIA 9800GX2 must be very good to win the GPU battle.

Itona TC23, a $199USD computer, runs Linux or Windows CE and uses thin client technology, such as Citrix, to remove the need for an expensive PC with disk drives on each desk, instead utilising a company’s central server to provide documents and software. Users still have access to all the standard office software, such as word processing, email, web browsing and spreadsheets.
The TC23 is diskless, does not allow users to load their own software, does not store data, and is immune to regular Windows viruses. The machine is also far more reliable than a PC – there are no moving parts such as disk drives or fans. The company provides a 3-year unlimited warranty on its products. SSD is a data storage technology utilizing solid state memory. Without motors or moving parts, SSDs are faster, more robust and more reliable than traditional hard disk drives (HDDs), and also provide greatly improved durability and shock resistance, while reducing overall heat and noise generation. Unfortunately the storage capacity is lower than a normal HDD, and the price/GB is still high.
Imation today announced the availability of its Solid State Drive (SSD) solutions: SSD MOBI 3000 (3.5″ and 2.5″) and SSD PRO 7000 (3.5″ and 2.5″). The 3.5″ versions features 64BG capacity and 2.5″ versions features 32GB capacity.
The Imation MOBI 3000 Series and PRO 7000 Series are now available in North America and Europe for a manufacturer suggested retail price of $699.99 U.S. and $1,159.99 U.S. respectively.

Back in December 2007, a jury awarded a plaintiff $10 million as a result of a doctor accidentally leaving a surgical sponge inside the plaintiff after his procedure. Currently, hospitals attempt to prevent retained sponges by requiring nurses to individually hand count all the sponges that will be used in a procedure – tracking the sponge counts on a white board. At the end of the procedure, all sponges – both dirty and clean – are counted again by hand and reconciled with the original count.
The Safety-Sponge System prevents false correct counts by computerizing all sponge counts in an OR. As each individual sponge has a unique two-dimensional bar code, no one sponge can be counted twice and inadvertently create a false correct count. This essentially eliminates the root cause of retained sponges.
